Wilman "Wil" Granados
Wil Granados brings over 27 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Agencies. His military experience includes financial management, accounting, comptrollership, and operations research analysis. After retiring in 2016, he continued to serve the DoD as a Consultant for a large consulting firm where he provided oversight, planning, and execution for various studies, analyses, and projects.
Wil possesses the innate ability to engage and advise military and civilian leaders alike on allocating scarce resources, introducing new processes, and implementing innovative ways to achieve organizational success. His unique perspective on the DoD and comprehensive understanding of mission accomplishment is key to the success of Team Escalate.
Arsenio Ayon
As the CEO of NextStep Technology, Inc., Arsenio Ayon is responsible for the company's vision, health, and overall customer satisfaction. He began his career in the San Francisco Bay Area high-tech industry as a software developer integrating disparate ERP systems functionality and designing and developing decision-making dashboards for corporate leaders.
In the early 2000s, he saw an opportunity to create a niche player and purpose-driven consulting company to provide ERP integrations, financial management, audit readiness, business intelligence, and software development services and co-founded NextStep.
After several successful years in the commercial space, Arsenio expanded NextStep and started marketing its services with the Army National Guard where it received its first ERP/FM project. In 2015, he moved the corporate office from the Bay Area to the National Capital Region to focus its services on the DoD and civilian agencies. Today, NextStep is supporting several civilian agencies and DoD, nationally and internationally.
